Welcome to Columbus Research Connection's focus group facility in the heart of Columbus' downtown Arena District. Our facility is located just 10-12 minutes from the airport and is within walking distance to many hotels, restaurants, theatres and shopping locations.

Our management team, with over 40 years of marketing research experience, is here to serve you and your clients. Our experienced recruiting staff is managed in an onsite phone room, and consistently produces reliable, quality respondents to answer your marketing research questions.

There are 2 full focus group suites in the facility:

• The Merlot Room is 16' by 22' and seats up to 30 respondents, classroom-style. The client viewing room seats 12 comfortably, and has an attached lounge with closed circuit viewing for up to 6 additional clients.
• The Riesling Room is 16' by 20' and seats up to 25 respondents, classroom-style. The client viewing room seats 10 comfortably and up to 6 additional in attached lounge with closed circuit viewing.
• There is a fully equipped kitchen with connecting office to accommodate taste tests on-site.
• High-speed Internet access in client viewing and focus group rooms.
• Coming soon – a large 22' by 30' multi-purpose room with client viewing.
