Our history starts with Chelle Precht, who began her market research career in 1985, holding various positions at full service and data collection companies throughout her 30 plus year career. In August of 2005, Chelle and her husband, Art, opened a two suite, boutique focus group facility in downtown Columbus. In 2011, Chelle and Art moved the facility to a state-of-the-art location in Grandview Heights, a suburb of Columbus just minutes from downtown. In late 2019, CRC closed the physical facility (however still offer all services!) and are currently in Cincinnati, OH. The CRC MissionAt CRC, our mission is to provide quality insights services by offering reliable data to successfully meet our clients' objectives. As a company, we pledge to treat our clients, participants and each other with respect.
