Chelle Precht, President of Complete Research Connection (CRC), has been in the marketing research industry since 1985, holding various positions at full service and data collection companies throughout her 25 plus year career.
Shortly after starting Complete Research Connection, Chelle and her husband, Art, purchased the assets of a data collection / focus group facility in Columbus, Ohio. In August of 2005, they started Complete Research Connection, a two suite, boutique focus group facility in downtown Columbus. In 2011, Chelle and Art moved their boutique focus group facility to a new state-of-the-art location in Grandview Heights, a suburb of Columbus just minutes from downtown.
